The Gambella Children and Community Development Organization (GCCDO) is a civil society and community-based organization established in 2008, operating in the Gambella Regional State of Ethiopia. We are driven by the fundamental goal to contribute to national development initiatives and uplift the living standards of the most vulnerable women, children, and youth in the Gambella Region, ensuring they lead dignified lives.

We believe in empowering marginalized and disadvantaged communities by providing developmental services, enabling them to improve their living standards within their vicinities. Our core objective is to protect the rights of marginalized children, youth, and women from harmful practices and significantly improve their living conditions. Our work is guided by strong core values including accountability, transparency, confidentiality, respectfulness, servant hood attitude, teamwork, and the dignity of all people.
