Given the relevancy of the current programs that address the needs of the Gambella Communities, Gambella Children and Community Development Organization has the following program priority and thematic
Support Vulnerable Children & Youth
GCCDO provides comprehensive support to Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) through emergency assistance, and programs addressing trafficking and migration, ensuring their protection and well-being.
Child & Youth Education
Program and Capacity building on job duties to teachers in order to bring the equality of education and strengthening the skills.

Empower Women Economically
We implement livelihood and women economic empowerment programs, providing training in small business skills and management, and offering seed funds for Income Generating Activities (IGA) to lift vulnerable women out of poverty.
Enhance Education
We focus on Child & Youth Education Programs, including school construction, provision of educational materials, and capacity building for teachers to promote educational equality and strengthen skills for a brighter future.
Water, Sanitation and hygiene Program ( WASH)
Our health programs focus on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, Mother Child Health Care, and Reproductive Health, alongside vital Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives to improve community health.
Promote Health & Well-being

Protect the Environment
We engage in environmental protection and disaster risk management, including community training on plantation and fostering awareness for sustainable living.
Foster Community Cohesion
We work on local community cohesion programs in collaboration with the Government, and provide specialized support for marginalized groups, including people with disabilities, through tailored projects.
